SIA “JLD” was originally founded in March 1995. The founder of the company is Jānis Lasis. The company is gradually developing, introducing new services every year, thus SIA “JLD” has become one of the leading landscaping companies in Latvia. Currently, the company offers a wide range of services: greenery design, installation, care, lawn mowing, road and playground paving, playground design, installation, inspection, transport services, delivery of bulk materials (black earth, sand, crushed stone, bark mulch), snow removal in winter, leaf removal in autumn.
In 1999, SIA “JLD” acquired the tree nursery “Bulduri”. Currently, the nursery is one of the leading nurseries in Latvia.
In 2003, SIA “JLD” became a distributor of HAGS (Sweden) professional playgrounds in Latvia. HAGS is one of the world’s leading playground equipment companies offering professional and high quality products.
In 2018, the company started the distribution of BUGLO (Poland) play and sport equipment in Latvia, while in 2020 SIA “JLD” became the official distributor of DENFIT (Netherlands) sport equipment in Latvia.
During 25 years of operation, SIA “JLD” has acquired several partners, which help to ensure the implementation of high-quality and original projects. The company has implemented integrated management systems in accordance with the requirements of the following standards:
